Shipping policy

Sunny Bubby utilises Australia Post & other courier companies to send parcels throughout Australia. We offer a flat rate regular shipping cost of $11 per order & orders over $150 receive free shipping. Free shipping is is automatically applied through checkout. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Express Post

If you wish to receive your products as soon as possible please tick the express postage button in checkout. Express postage has a flat rate cost of $14.95 per order & will void the 'free shipping' for orders over $150. Express post orders must be placed before 6:30am to be sent 'the same day'.

Please note that due to our location (Townsville, QLD) express posted items can take more than one day to arrive to capital cities and potentially 2-3 days to other regional locations.  

 Regular Post

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Shipping time is estimated between 4-7 business days. Unfortunately due to our regional location postage time can be increased & we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time frame. 

All orders will be sent with a tracking number that will be provided once the parcel has been dispatched. 

COVID-19

Delays in delivery due to the Covid-19 pandemic are unavoidable. We will do our best to keep you informed of any known issues with postage delays that may occur. 

All orders will be sent with authority to leave to enable a no contact delivery. Please note any preferred safe areas to leave the parcel in the comments section during checkout. 

As we are an online store we have no direct contact with our customers but please be assured your items are handled safely & hygienically.

Overseas Delivery
